When Loyalty Stopped Needing Instructions
When we announced the partnership with Toki, it felt like putting a good purpose to something the community had already started doing. People were showing up, talking, posting, noticing each other and Toki Rewards folded into that space and we gave away over $12,000 in 90 days.
There was a small lull at the top of this year, the kind of quiet that tricks you into thinking you’re finally going to have time to get organized.
January 25′ gave us a breath, and at the time it felt earned.
But the quiet didn’t last.

Toki Rewards Met the Community Exactly Where It Already Was
Then came our partnership with Toki, and they effortlessly matched our pace without needing to announce themselves every five minutes.
Their software settled underneath everything we had already built, taking what people were naturally doing and giving it structure without making anyone feel structured.
Most loyalty programs never hit that balance, and we feel Toki has perfected this by letting the community lead the rhythm instead of conducting it.
Free Weed Became Part of the Atmosphere
The funny part (if you can call it that) was just how normal the rewards became.
Free weed used to feel like an event,
something people circled on a calendar or pointed out in the comments.
This year it became part of the environment. Pre-rolls started appearing in carts, there were THCa surprises, iconic 50mg THC sodas given away, edibles tested and shared, Cloud Coins slipping into accounts like loose change.
Our take: generosity moving at the same pace as the community itself.
Jay from Houston had two thousand dollars slide into his account from the November Cloud Coin Lottery (hosted on our site with Toki’s Customizable Tools) and the best part wasn’t even the number, it was what came next…
He used $700 during Black Friday 2025 while our entire site was 40% off PLUS he got free gifts just for pressing the order button.
No rush. No staring at a timer.
No “use it or lose it.”
Just someone taking what was theirs, calmly.
None of us KNEW what a mega haul was until our warehouse team completed this order. Something about that felt like the whole point of giving away free weed in the first place.
What 2025 Felt Like From Inside the Rewards Room
If you were watching closely, the entirety of the year wasn’t loud in the overwhelming kind of way. It wasn’t pushing people into engagement or dangling rewards like bait.
The space just held steady.
People checked in when they felt like it.
They submitted photos that looked like actual life instead of content.
Comments sounded like conversations again, not performance attempts.
The rhythm shifted from:
“2024: we hope people participate” to “2025: of course people participate”
Our partnership with the Toki Loyalty & Rewards Program didn’t create that wave…
it caught it. Then cradled it.
And maybe that’s why the partnership made sense:
the platform didn’t try to become the identity.
It didn’t push tactics or funnel behavior.
It didn’t interrupt.
It just made everything feel a little easier. A little smoother.
A little more like the kind of loyalty system people actually want to come back to.

The AMAZING Team at Toki Loyalty + Rewards
Jason and Nikita deserve some real credit here.
Working with them never felt boxed into a preset system.
They have both gone above and beyond to understand how IndaCloud truly moves, then customized Toki to match our specific frequency.
Together, we rolled out completely new platform features like:
monthly raffles, daily check-ins, charity donations, Spin-the-Wheel wins, and weekly events that felt actually intentional instead of glitchY and gimmicky.
They took Josh Bertini’s brain child and turned it into a completely customized
Cloud Coin powerhouse for the IndaCloud community, it has honestly been a miracle for our customers, as well our brand as a whole.
They have shaped experiences on a level of care that truly shows and it’s a big reason this partnership works as successfully as it does.
We had to take the time to give a massive shout out to both Jason and Nikita with the Toki Loyalty + Rewards for their roles in the success of our partnership, ideas and giving back, as we couldn’t have given away $12,000 in free product without them.

Loyalty Looked a Lot More Like Presence This Year
There were moments where it was obvious something had clicked:
a run of submissions at times you wouldn’t expect,
or comments stacking in patterns that absolutely weren’t happening last year.
Credits landing with timing that felt almost emotional, not algorithmic.
If loyalty had a personality this year, we’d say it wasn’t “earn more” or “don’t miss this chance.”
It was closer to: You’re here? Cool. Here’s something for that.
No drama. No ladder.
Just you and some good ole cloud coins for existing.

Onward and Upward: IndaCloud x Toki Loyalty Rewards
If there’s a takeaway here, it’s simple and maybe even boring in the best way:
Loyalty works when people don’t have to think about loyalty.
Show up.
Be part of the room.
Take something with you when you go.
Come back when you feel like it.
2025 is the year of a collaboration that actually makes sense,
a community tool that carries itself,
and the year IndaCloud x Toki Rewards made loyalty feel more like presence than performance.
IndaCloud thanks you, Toki.
